Before joining Eagle Unlimited Inc, Fowlkes served in the marine. He also graduated from Army Jump School and has been an instrumental member of the St. Louis Police Department. Coupled with his leadership role at the SWAT group, Fowlkes worked in various departments with the aim of crating his leadership skills. His continued support even after leaving the companies he worked for is deeply appreciated. During his time at the marine, he was exposed to other leadership responsibilities that were supportive of his career growth as well. Therefore Fowlkes had the opportunity to develop unmatched skills in leadership at the army level.
Ronnie has attended several interviews in which, he was asked to explain how he managed to become an outstanding team leader. Well, according to him, he has been a team player from a tender age and his early career days. Therefore, he has always led by example and focused on getting things done from his point of view. He also says that he is guided by traditional ways of leadership and even describes himself as being old school. That is perhaps why he is revered for excellent leadership skills as for Ronnie, being a team leader translates to being a team player as well.
